Getting Creative in 2021: Editorial Snow Photoshoot

All too often as a creative, I find myself getting stuck in a rut of focusing so much on running a business that I lose sight of the side of photography that brought me to learn the ins and outs of my camera in the first place. Trying new things, getting creative and pushing yourself just for the fun of it is so important. SO... with a gorgeous snow fall landing on a weekend and a fresh start into 2021, I figured- why not?

I met up with my dear friend Elaine, who totally has an amazing sense of style and we braved the cold. Elaine is a rockstar hobbyist makeup artist with an affinity for thrifting and a closet so beyond cool, there isn't even a word for it. She paired an old school bolo-tie that she had actually gifted her husband with animal print and pure genius was born.

Enjoy!
